So far two cases known to public, one is Errana and one is Luzento. According to the SPS explanation, there is blockage on the storm gutter by the construction debris and cause the overflow. Not sure how true is this, but we will see in the coming future if such incident shall happen again.

Yup. The king and his knights moved on to a new Kingdom. The current one is a dull one. For at least they won't turn out like MEH's build quality. But to be fair to sp setia also.. you really pay for what you get. Lol

But seems like a majority of ppl is not really satisfied with sp setia's work. Only a very very minority is polishing it's boots. Haha. Life at such. Doesn't seem like what ppl commented there to be an average quality.

By the way, I think SP Setia has sold more than 10,000 houses already and this 275 reviews can't really reflect anything representative. Nonetheless, the average workmanship is something SP Setia to work on if they want to continue to become the leaders in this industry.

So far in last year, only SPS and Ecoworld exceeds the RM3 billion sales if not mistaken..

Target market is for affordable level so investors are more than ownstay buyers here in seh. the houses sps sell is at a very affordable range. So pipu like u masuk lo. No need 10% disc also below 500k entry. One shoebox can buy a semi d here.

It need time for a township to grow and mature, normally it take around 10 years for a township to mature, to prejudge Ecohill and GWH as dead town is too early.

IMO what SEH needs now to spur the population growth is the commercials within the township. It takes another few more years to see the vibrancy of the township but to reach maturity state still yrs to come.

Relax la bro, sure got this kind of ppl in the society. Some ppl like to troll for whatever reason only known to them. How do u know they have multi million investment, blow water only meh...... don't take it too seriously lah...... But still, it's quite fun to see their antics sometimes......

Nowadays some people tends to want everything to be in fast pace and hope Rome to be built in one day. Otherwise it is fail investment.
