It need time for a township to grow and mature, normally it take around 10 years for a township to mature, to prejudge Ecohill and GWH as dead town is too early.

S P Setia, Pariah developer, con developer, talk nonsense... b4 you purchase their property, promise everything.... after handing over house key.... bullshit... U cry with their workmanship, quality checking, bullshit & ,talk nonsense by customer care staff... defect take 4 month also yet to complete. When u compliant, their say like that 1, if he/she is the that house owner, he/she will accept it with happy.... bullshit... want to ask them who is the owner. Them or me.... bullshit, fuck
