V16 saw some1 say rental 1.6-1.8k for teres. Now i see rental goes as low as rm850 transacted n 1k asking..

Hows the occupancy now? still 1-2 houses moved in?

Just wonder any P3 owner access to P2 park b4? i once tried to access but guard not allow.

He claimed no. 3 oso no one in the right frame of mind dare to claim no. 1 and 2 ler.....

Good for own stay but failed investment.. Rental yield is bad...

I supposed rental of terrace in ecohill is too low at below rm1k. Here is modern and good security guarded and eco landscapes living environment and please do not direct compared to conventional house here.

I think you've mentioned countless times that SiMonyet is not a rental market, at least in the near future
People still perceived it as far and ulu,but to some of us who are from Cheras and Kajang (of course, minus Bear Bear in this case) I consider SiMonyet as kak-ley-chin (next door village)
However, there are still a lot of people who said we were waterfish.....paying a premium for SEH and a huge huge premium for EM
Only time would tell........I don't have any "workable" crystal ball which can foresee the future, but I do honestly believe in times to come this SiMonyet would be very ong and a self contained township
Anyway, I bought for my own stay, so whether it's a "failed investment" or not, I couldn't be bothered
At least, (me, myself & I) syukur that I'll have a roof over my head and my loved ones....contented already ! 
The rest only time would tell........

This morning i got a shock of my life when i went to my unit to do a preinspection for renovation application together with Setia staff.

I am totally speechless from what i see.   

Area affected ground floor toilet and wet kitchen the plaster are all wet and cracked.

Preliminary diagnosis from the onsite supervisor.....heavy rain yesterday and roof leaking causing plaster to collapse.

Can you imagine if i have moved in and this thing happen  Who will pay for my damage ???

Anyway, they told me they will take my case as high priority and will rectify within this week.

For those luzento unit owners, please check this areas. Apparently, i was at my place yesterday afternoon to discuss with my contractor and no sign of such thing and this morning i got a shock. It must have been super duper rain.
