This morning i got a shock of my life when i went to my unit to do a preinspection for renovation application together with Setia staff.

I am totally speechless from what i see.   

Area affected ground floor toilet and wet kitchen the plaster are all wet and cracked.

Preliminary diagnosis from the onsite supervisor.....heavy rain yesterday and roof leaking causing plaster to collapse.

Can you imagine if i have moved in and this thing happen  Who will pay for my damage ???

Anyway, they told me they will take my case as high priority and will rectify within this week.

For those luzento unit owners, please check this areas. Apparently, i was at my place yesterday afternoon to discuss with my contractor and no sign of such thing and this morning i got a shock. It must have been super duper rain.

Thanks for the advise. Initially the onsite supervisor contractor told me no need to log the issue (i wonder why). Anyway, i have already submitted an email complaint to the CEC just to lodge my complaint to prevent finger pointing later on if it ever happen again. You know lar...suddenly, they says, it's due to my reno and no more warranty.

Yes they do but whatever it is, we cant choose which one to do for us and hopefully SP will look into this matter seriously.

I act bodo that day asking the SA how about the quality of products during delivery of phase 1, they said "all ok ahh!!"

I replied " but hor, i saw some picture from dunno where roof dropped, here stuck, there problem leh".
Then only they changed into minion face and said no laaa, small issue only bla bla bla rectified laa"

i further asked if the ceiling fall on your head can rectified later or not? then they terus diam"

think sp setia really need to put more effort to restore his image ..

no offence.. depends on the purpose of purchase... if flipping not good same thing happen in GVH and TH.. more discounts for later buyers.. mthc is like ging crazy over the more discounts to later buyers...
