Super bad workmanship. Wah the electrical cables all hanging like that. Lucky it's not tenanted if not cemetery is just nearby lol

Why the workmanship so bad one.. so many defects. It makes a brand new house look like a vandalised abandon house.

But samkps unit no defect cantik cantik. Maybe this one is the one and only bad one

Need to be careful to see who is the maincon for this particular parcel in Ecohill 1. I believe they use different main con for different parcel?

Nvm la. Call this IJM chong inspect unit by unit. Rectify all defects during warranty lo.. this fella really what also rectify.. Maybe we should all hire him to rectify defects in other township also..

Yup. The king and his knights moved on to a new Kingdom. The current one is a dull one. For at least they won't turn out like MEH's build quality. But to be fair to sp setia also.. you really pay for what you get. Lol

But seems like a majority of ppl is not really satisfied with sp setia's work. Only a very very minority is polishing it's boots. Haha. Life at such. Doesn't seem like what ppl commented there to be an average quality.

Workmanship below average but u pay cheap cheap price.

Location beside graveyard and far far far but u pay cheap cheap price.

Developer reputation tarnished and potential staffs all left but u pay cheap cheap price.

In the end it's the cheap cheap price that lures these ppl to masuk lor. No need give disc also still so dirt cheap. Subsale still so cheap here. Some more wanna say other township gives disc la this la that la that lure ppl in but other township one unit can buy 2 units here or one shoebox cam buy 4 to 5 units here. Lol. In the end duno who is the cheap cheap fella

Target market is for affordable level so investors are more than ownstay buyers here in seh. the houses sps sell is at a very affordable range. So pipu like u masuk lo. No need 10% disc also below 500k entry. One shoebox can buy a semi d here.

Herd behaviour. Masuk to sink ship tgt.

Huh???? How later buyers got more disc? You okay or not? I got a total of 8 to 10 percent disc as far as I can remember. How did I go crazy? Don't simply talk cock la.. the disc I got is due to contra for the 1.5% referral fees. Instead of getting cash or whatever, it contras off snp price.

The current routes leading in and out of TH may be depressing but definitely wouldn't be as bad as yr life. Don't u know that there will be 2 more new routes under construction and to be opened soon?

Just buy what u can afford and hide in the depressing gvh la bear.
