Yup . I like this arrangement .
Although the house is 20ft wide but the living enjoy the full length .my current house is 22ft but the L-staircase Took 4ft already and left the living length become 18ft

If u decide to stay until old
Then better have attached bathroom in the bedroom
Cos when u older u will sleep downstair too
So convenient for u in future
