There is no indication on m2p supp cards that they are supp and not principal....so the staff cannot tell, and will assume it's principal..... when I enter with wife using both, they never ask if my wife is principal or supp.....just swipe and enter....

No my wife's card is principal (see my earlier post about the bank charging annual fee), but they never ask.... natural assumption is, she would be my supp....but they never clarify...

Both of us principals, free lah.....but if someone doesn't know bring wife with supp card in, they will never ask, just swipe, and get charged loh....

call CS is the fastest way, in minute they will process, and u will get ur KF next day. (Best case scenario)

but u first timer, will take longer day on the transfer, they will do some sort of verification.

Standard answer is 7 working days, in 3 tranches of redemption this month, the kf miles were credited in 2-3 days.....even on weekend.....called Saturday night, and credited Monday evening....

Yeah, maybank real efficient. Very fast. AmBank also takes ages to redeem miles, though not as bad as 1 month.
Btw, what's the best way to pay things like TNB, Majlis Bandaraya etc? Both Amex & VI gets you 1x TP. I guess best option is just to transfer to BigPay and pay using BP right?

Can I get the experts view about airline miles earning. For local spending situations where only VISA is accepted, it appears that the Citibank Premier Miles card is now better. 2 miles for every MYR3 spend. I think overseas, MYR1 spending equivalent gives you 1 mile (5 TP), so Maybank is better.

Thanks to this post, I did another study and also asked around, based on my needs which I travel to China more often these days, I exchanged all my points to AM. AM was never in my consideration actually... However, thinking hard and still think it is a better choice for me. Redeem first and think later, at least I won't waste my TP, better than let it unattended.

Gotta start collecting points again.
