Hi...I have curious about my cc statement...there is finance charge stated finance charge (EX). I understand what is finance charge but with "EX", i hav no clue about it. Does anyone knw it?

I mean offer letter together with degree cert. Ive done that last time because my saley lower than the requirement.

in early days, just by using degree cert can apply for cc. that's direct access cc from southern bank before merging with cimb.

Offer letter means nothing basically, letter of confirmation of service may have some evidence that you are employed, but different company, different duration. In other words, payslip are better.

Old days you sure can use such documents to apply, but now degree holder's quality are same as SPM holders last time.
Last week I went to see a house that cost rm800k, the agent on the spot ask what field I'm in, when I tell her from O&G, she can directly tells me which bank willing to do my business, CIMB, BSN, BI on the spot reject without seeing any documents, PBB, MBB need to see first. I tell her now to tell the banks I'm a half Qatari and working in Qatar and more banks opening up the door to see my documents first before approving
Nowadays banks are on defensive mode on approving loan and cards

It is due to O&G problem, banks are very cautious with staff from O&G industry.

Actually is almost all industries are affected, just that O&G are the worst hit.

Guys, my platinum card approved on 25th April. But until todate i have not received any cards from MBB yet. Anywhere i can complaint to? It's like takes them forever to deliver my card

be patient...mine approved on 18th April just received today..
anyway you can try to call CS to ask the status..better still ask for the tracking number if they have it
