Just read my credit card statement and just know that treat points are back to 1x... So now what is the best card to apply? Since I'm going to change for the Pin and Pay anyway
*
Only certain categories are 1x, not all. If you just look at your statement, the upper part shows 1x and the bottom part has another additional 4x.

I just got my credit card (Principal & Supplementary) on last month,
But now having problem on paying the cards...
If Principal card spend RM100, Supplementary card spend RM100,
then I should pay both card account separately or just pay the total RM200 at Principal account?

P/S: I always do payment tru online so going to pay the cards tru M2U online, hope anyone here can guide me on payment notworthy.gif

Each account needs to be paid separately.

How to pay your own MBB card bills in M2U:

- click on your card details
- you should see Pay Now next to the statement balance, click that
- select your saving/current account to pay

U mean Principal card should use Principal's M2u account to pay the card then Supplementary card should log in Supplementary's M2u account to pay own card?
Principal's M2u can't help to pay Supplementary card? Supplementary's M2u can't help to pay Principal card?

u need to check are the principal and supplementary combine statement..
if combine statement, just paying to principal will do.
call CS to clarify this if you not sure is combine statement or sperate statement

You can use Principal's account to pay for both.

For my case, my supp uses their own m2u to pay for their bills.
No problem at all.

Most importantly is, what is the error you encountered?
Insufficient funds? Pay more than statement balance?
Please bear in mind that the saving account has a threshold of minimum amount to be there, depending on which type of account, ranging from RM1 to RM250.

Oh, my principal's M2U account not enough fund.. so I use Supplementary's M2U account to pay the Supplementary card but it failed at error code no. 0076 stated "Account Not Authorised", my Supplementary's M2U account got enough & extra fund to pay, but i realised that the Supplementary's M2U account never show out the outstanding amount for the card, at Principal's M2U account got show the total outstanding amount.

did you received your statement? I doubt you haven't receive the statement yet, hence just wait for the statement.
once received the statement, if it is combined, you will saw your supplementary card transaction amount will be combine to your main account. After that, just login to m2u to pay the main account's cc - statement amount before due date(statement date+20days).

the final statement amount which you saw in m2u on your main credit card account is the 1 combine both (main +sup) transactions.

why don't you transfer money from supplementary to principal's savings account and pay from there?

lol..even though you tick no need statement, they will still send you e-statement via email.
Or, you just go to m2u to download the latest statement and see lor..

I think for mbb, surely it will be combined statement. So just pay the statement amount from your principal account that will be ok. The statement amount that shown in your principal account is the amount which combine both prin and sup account
