just wanted to clarify something.

I bought something with amex on lelong. 3k worth of point x 5 = 15k. (Please correct me if i'm wrong here)

just now i checked my balance in Rewards goes from 22,700 --> 26,337.

i'm not sure when maybank will count the 15k reward one yesterday, maybe only after i paid them? or immediately after they detect i'm using one?

or lelong does not count as 5x? cause i'm using net pay (is it the same as paypal rules? where paypal + rm = no go)

Has the transaction been posted on M2U... then you need to wait 1 more day for the TreatsPoints to be updated

sorry, any experience the redeemed voucher hijacked by courier.
the courier service provider told me she couldnt retrieve the proof of delivery.
the status shows the document has been delivered and address is correct.

ask them to show who signed it.

the officer said she couldnt retrieve, i saw the photo copy of consignment note only (without signature).
i saw from their website the sender is able to see the scanned copy of proof of delivery.
logged the case with Maybank to retrieve the POD.
Maybank indicated voucher on the consignment note

they will have to replace for you since there is no proof of acceptance from your side.
