What is your device model - is it dual SIM card or single SIM card?

Is your device OS is up-to-date? Have you try to uninstall and reinstall your Facebook application? Does issue persist if you try to insert your SIM card to alternate device (if any)?

facebook apps force close. os up to date. same problem when i swap the sim to my lg g4.

Same goes to me... It happens since 3 weeks ago till now. I can't open fb and instagram on my laptop when I'm using hotspot from my phone. However I can still browse fb and instagram using its own app on my phone, not to forget I can browse thorugh google chrome on android as well. I am thinking that since I'm using Hotlink EC/EM, there's a promotion about if you topup rm10, you got 7 days Free Internet Larut malam + Unlimited fb and whatsoever related to this, I think that affects the whole thing here. Hotlink needs to check this out.

hotlink you dont understand our problem , i self purchase 1gb per day and then connect hotspot to laptop , everything can open just facebook cannot open , i think they consider we wanted to use the free pass but we just wanna to use our data to surf facebook on laptop!
