Are we able to know why port out request is rejected? I applied to port out of maxis. I even paid my bill in advance and yet the only message i received is that Maxis rejected my port out request.

Rumour has it Maxis will come up with RM50/month 10GB that will shake the RM80 gang (Celcom,DiGi,UMobile). Maybe end of this month or next or wait for smoke to clear up.
So diam2 aa,don't tell anyone. If true then good la. If not stay away from Maxis.
Maxis has the opportunity to turn the price war cause the other 3 decide to gang up. Come on Maxis, you can do it!

I'm getting more fedup and TL. Just called 123 to raise about the free 3GB that can so called last for 45 days. But whenever my data is drawn, my balance of the original MOP 3GB was not touched and still has 5 more days left, while it draws the free 3GB that are still having 40+ days.

Their response: this is Maxis's policy sir.

Even a 3-year old kid also know to eat the bread that expire tomorrow rather than eating the one that expire next week. But Maxis let us eat the one that expire next week first. Their action is simply not making sense and the free 3GB is totally not sincere!

malaysian customer easy to satisfied.thats why get push around by maxshit and etc...try vietnam or bangladesh or romania

the real wholesale cost of 1 gigabyte data is just a few US cents depending on peak/off peak(international traffic more expensive)
and we pay a few thousand times markup yet get lousy coverage

when u sign up any plan with telco...technically the form u filled and signed is the contract u mutually agreed upon...
not happy wit it? shd not sign in first place...

just like ppl now signing up for celcom...new plan service subscribed, thats a service contract agreed between u n celcom...
not happy....terminate if u can...or with penalty....thats all...

From the look,Maxis might as closed their livechat,123,twitter etc...Molten and Dusyum should pay most attention here in this thread...A lot of genuine grouse that's not seen exaggerated..

Haha.. I jump to Digi. At first was not very happy with the unstable 4G line but later someone at the Note 5 thread share how to disable the 4G Band 7. After that all the line is stable so far. I am so happy now that i upgraded from my Digi 78v to Digi 80 this morning and canceled my plan to try celcom.
