1-Maxis change the plan for user who pay RM68 and RM 88 from MOP 158 & MOP 188 to MOP 98.
2-Those users start complaint and scold Maxis change plan without ask them and ask for change back to MOP 158&188 to enjoy "benefit"
3-Maxis accept and change those user's plan from MOP 98 to MOP 158&188 but without increase the data to 15GB & 20GB.
4-Some RM68 & 88 users start complaint again to Maxis and ask why didn't get the extra data. They also using the MOP 158&188.
5-Maxis accept and increase the data for them.
6-The normal MOP users know some users pay RM68 and RM88 but get 15GB & 20GB and then complaint to Maxis because feel it is unfair.
7-Maxis cant public this offer since will affect the Maxis income and revenue.
8-Maxis CEO find out why need to let 99.9% of postpaid angry instead of 0.01% of users unhappy.And he feel that it is correct decision to change those RM68 and RM88 users to MOP 98.
End,Maxis RM68 & 88 users only get two choice,accept and continue use it or port out...

Maxis should just give them all the old maxisone plan benefit with discount, exp 68 for 5gb, 88 for 7gb, and don't give new data upgrade to them.
If they want the new data upgrade, they need to change their specia planl to the new plan pricing. Maxis should do this instead of changing to 98 without giving any info.
