QUOTE(ctandk @ Apr 8 2016, 01:04 AM)
Omg.. Maxis, u want offer, pls give valid ones. Making me more angry only.

WHY? Coz I barely use more than 3gb a month. And u want me to pay more for something I never use it? Joking right.

Initially was on MOP158, 7GB. See this thread call 123 ask nicely
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB.
= fly kite.

Since 1st rep blur blur, 1 hour later decided to call again.
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB + rebate RM10 x6 months.
= fly big kite. As if I care rm10 cheaper since I dun mind pay u 50% more expensive.
(Screw them badly u give me same price rm158 for 99gb also no point, coz I dun use it)

Received sms ask visit maxis centre without stating much what promo. FINE, weekend shopping at mid valley walk in since gardens nearby.
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB + OneShare worth RM48/mth foc for 3 months + 1GB x6 months.
= fly big kite far far farrrrrr. Top up top up saja. Pay for what? Pay for something I never used?

Immediately pissed off 3rd time like this. Give me a ticket number, why sir? Because I want to cancel my Zerolution and prepare to port out.

A day later, received a call from 123(cust serv), SAME!!! SPECIAL OFFER FOR ME WHEN I NOT EVEN WANT TO HEARD IT!!!
- offered +RM30/mth with 15GB + basically all the above.
= this time I'm freaking calm. I just say thank you & bye.

+30 +30 +30 +30... Maxis really so poor? U want offer pls check your customer usage history prior it. Not testing the limit. Before it I still try give myself excuse you have better network & customer service. NOW? U GUESS?

WHENEVER I SEE THE "MY MAXIS" ON MY PHONE, IT ASAP RECALL ME THAT MAXIS IS CHALLENGING MY INTELLIGENCE & PATIENCE. Despite using more than 15years, moc member, and monthly pay u RM500+... I seriously tell them to fly kite to artic region.

Ha ha ha... what to do... like I said I feel the 1.2k to break my contracts could be better used on an Apple watch biggrin.gif

However, if they do not give their existing contract customers something when they revise their plans, then I'll definitely break it.

QUOTE(Mighty Duck @ Apr 14 2016, 02:12 PM)
That's right. Those have been with loyal and many years with Maxis now have be betrayed. The main issue here why there are double standarded. Those wanted to port out, get far more better offer than those has been with Maxis for many years and PAID MORE....

Let put the situation like this EXAMPLE:  If Maxis CEO Morten Lundal have an extra-martial affair with his secretary, and those got the know his affair, he offered them more Maxis shares.....But one day he run out of lucky...his wife find out (someone complainted online)...? So this is the situation we are now ...We are in wife situation. How the wife feel after so many years loyal to him? And He dump her for his secretary......

Same with those here, we are like married to Maxis for so many years and now Maxis just ignore us and just offer some gula gula to Surfmore and Maxis One....Ivalue is total left out.....(Why?) Do they know how HURTS we are...just how his wife will feel.....

Because of all those 'loyal customers' Maxis can mistreat you all as you all easy being prawn when mistreat by Maxis after all these years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif . No wonder Maxis still not drop their plan price because just given some 'sweets' already all those 'loyal customers' will happy and fork back to it . notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif
