QUOTE(slack3r @ Oct 10 2016, 01:42 PM) How much would it cost to have my keyboard switches changed 87keys TKL like dadude says, buy new one better.I am using mx blacks right now and want to change it to either browns or blues. I am trying to weight costs and also as much as possible don't want to add another board. thanks Just want a ballpark figure to decide if I should get the Ducky One TKL which is about 290RM lol then later on only you change the switch yourself on your old keyboard |

75% or compact 84 layout is just not my cup of tea
too laptop-ish for me, but definitely will be more "useful" or practical than 60/65%. doto players who likes compact keyboard will like this i guess |

QUOTE(zorbyss. @ Oct 20 2016, 10:15 AM) I wonder there's any thoughts about the Glorious PGR's Modular keyboard? Looks kinda interesting and there's discount right now. It's about MYR417.40~ shipped y no provide link for ppl lolhttp://www.pcgamingrace.com/products/glori...-kailh-switches this reminds me of Smart 68, one of the first modular/hot swap switch mkb. previously i heard of issues with Smart 68 where the switch sometimes pulls out along when you attempt to remove the keycaps. but this definitely looks damn sturdier. only thing that bothers me is, red smd led and full size keyboard lol! |

QUOTE(zorbyss. @ Oct 20 2016, 11:39 AM) Yeah. Thinking of picking up next month. No budget this month. well if you are a bit adventurous, can always change the smd led to white hahahahaha. I was browsing on phones and post this using company computer. my bad. yeah and it looks solid. I rather it has no LED or white LED. But you can always turn it off. |

QUOTE(irsyadfy @ Nov 7 2016, 10:49 AM) take everything.switches and stabs. case and plate can keep for future mod. pcb can use for soldering practice or send for recycle. anyway adliotto before you conclude that you want to dispose your board, you may try contacting ducky. support@duckychannel.com.tw try asking if they have any firmware fix for ducky shine 2, you may specify your exact model and serial number for them and describe the problem. it is not found in their website, but i'm pretty sure they have stashed their firmware in their servers. |

QUOTE(kianweic @ Nov 9 2016, 07:29 PM) First need to unscrew the screws and then remove a few plates. After that, just slot in the Corsair K70 and screw the screws back. Voila. QUOTE(kianweic @ Nov 10 2016, 10:06 AM) I think only K65 and K70 only. haha i'm asking how it was installed because i'm curious if there might be a way to put in other keyboard with some minor modifications.K90 won't fit as it will be too big. Sadly, it was not able to fit my Ducky Shine 3. |

QUOTE(kianweic @ Nov 17 2016, 06:14 AM) that's an ISO enter key, that description he give about that enter key though...haha!china keyboards mainly uses ANSI layout, only europeans will use ISO layout. kinda makes me wonder why china makes ISO layout, looks something different i guess? QUOTE(piscesguy @ Nov 17 2016, 11:05 AM) Yes, cherry mx switches. But it's loud and kinda "slow" for me at least. I m a die hard Street Fighter fans, so I need a faster keyboard to register those killer moves. Romer-G is good as it's quieter and don't need to push all the way down. QUOTE(piscesguy @ Nov 17 2016, 02:46 PM) Few years ago, i play SF4 using my PS3. But I m not good in using the arcade stick. you're what fit to be called the true keyboard warrior Ended up sold my PS3. when playing fighting games supposedly to be better with gamepad or arcade stick, keyboard works the best for us haha! btw, how you play with zang using keyboard? |
