Just returned my Masterkeys Pro S and top up for a Ducky One TKL RGB. Have to say that I really love this keyboard. Never thought the clipped/modded cherry stabilizer feels so freaking great.
Lighting wise, Pro S has much more vibrant colour but I prefer Ducky's customization despite doesn't come with a software for cusotmization but heard they are coming out with one. Hope it works with the Ducky One TKL RGB.
Btw, anyone interested in getting a Ducky Pocket?

QUOTE(richard912 @ Jun 17 2016, 08:35 PM) Wah, the shop you go to so nice, allows return Agreed that the Masterkeys Pro RGB looks much better than the Ducky but I really won't hold my breath waiting for the software to customise RGB lighting from Ducky though. Actually the Pro S I got has a popped space-bar (which plagued the whole batch the store received) and the store agrees to RMA which took about a month. But when the new stock The shop reluctant to do the exchange but I kept asking for it until they do it. Haha. Agree man, can't wait for the Ducky software. I also love the fact that it has 6 lighting memory profile to store in. Really a great buy despite the high price. Never thought I could love a ducky keyboard again since the bad experience from a Shine 3.

QUOTE(ntw @ Jun 18 2016, 12:38 AM) I was not aware how quovadis123 has mistreated KuzumiTaiga in the first post. there's nothing wrong with quovadis123 putting his website link in his signature, kuzumitaiga has that too. But yes, I agree that LingYi/Aula are available at a really low-price point and should be included into the recommendation list. I am confident that quovadis123 did not deliberately missed LingYi/Aula in the OP because of competition, his business are totally different from kuzumitaiga's. There wasn't any mention of taobao brands in the OP in the first place and the OP hasn't been updated for quite some time. . quovadis123 has put in a lot of effort to make the Lowyat Mechanical Keyboard Club continues to V29. He actively participated in the forum and even organizes two giveaways if I recall correctly. kuzumitaiga on the other hand, brought affordable mechanical keyboards to us with close to nil profit. At the end of the day, we can't deny either of them for their contribution to the local community. just stop biting at each other's throat over a simple issue. +1 Really. It's an unnecessary argument. I don't see a problem for someone to promote his/her business even they're the TS of a club thread. If we're to buy your theory, so LYN should disallow members to promote ANYTHING at all in their siggy if they're to maintain a club thread, vice versa, otherwise it will be seen as a personal gain. Cool. Honestly, you're trying to pick a ridiculously unnecessary fight out of whatever reason that no one knows, sir. C'mon, put out the fire and move on.

QUOTE(richard912 @ Jun 18 2016, 09:53 AM) I too, started with mx red and for a brief time, mx blue but have since settled down with mx brown. Just waiting to get a backlit topre now Browns are my absolute favourite. I started out with Blues but they're too "squishy" to actuate for me though I love them clickiness. Use Browns at work and Reds at home, my life is so awesome with mkbs. Anyway, seems like there's no love for Romer-G here? I know gaming keyboard aren't welcome here but those switches are pretty awesome, at least for me.

Just want to know whether, anyone interested in wooden wrist rest. If completely no, then I back to focus on International chance. Sweet. Might get 1 full size! I have one black cherry wooden wristrest TKL bought it off taobao. Never thought the curved and hard surface is much comfortable compare to the Ducky leather 1.

QUOTE(bloorocket @ Aug 2 2016, 11:52 AM) As I thought just a gimmick. Using mx reds shows ard the same perf everywhere Speaking of faster switches, I do prefer Romer-G of its shorter travel distance. It's also much smoother than Cherry MX, maybe that's personal. Proprietary keycaps turned me off though.

QUOTE(bloorocket @ Aug 2 2016, 12:03 PM) I dont like the mushy bottoming out on Romer switches. Tried Topre for gaming before? The G910 does feel mushy and dampened. But the G310 and G810 are not so much. Read somewhere in Geekhack that Logitech actually alter it during new production of the switches. Have not tried Topre before, the closest I've got is CM Storm key tester in store. Is it good?

QUOTE(bloorocket @ Aug 2 2016, 01:39 PM) Orion Spectrum, cherry Orion Spark, Romer- G Logitech is not bad, but not as popular as CM, Corsair, Razer in Malaysia hmm Their naming marketing is kinda confusing. G910-Orion Spectrum (was previously Orion Spark) - Romer-G, they've changed the keycaps and wrist rest design and renamed it go Orion Spectrum. We don't have the newer version in Malaysia though. G710+ - Cherry MX G810-Orion Spectrum (same name) - Romer-G G610-Orion Brown/Red - Cherry MX (We only have brown in Malaysia) G410-RGB/TKL version of G910 - Romer-G (unavailable in Malaysia) G310-Blue LED/TKL - Romer-G

QUOTE(quovadis123 @ Aug 10 2016, 11:11 AM) I think best brand still are Filco, Ducky, CM if you want full size and TKL. Price around RM 300-400+ for starter with Cherry MX switches. Seriously, can anyone tell me what's so great about Filco? They are basically featureless with a high price tag. Man, I love mine to death.

QUOTE(kianweic @ Aug 12 2016, 07:32 AM) For me, Filco was my first mechanical keyboard and it felt more solid compared to other brands. I went with Ducky as it was cheaper though I sometimes feel the keys are a bit mushy. I was just wondering what backplate does Filco uses, they make the crispiest clack I've ever heard.
