i also got cheat by the agent once.. celcom agent..
after 3 month using it..
i decided to terminate and register a new number on celcom centre...

they will explain to you one by one..
monthly pay and etc..

it's an agent (Celcom)  cheating us.. not celcom...

another 1 , b4 i register.....tat stupid promoter said , if u wan to terminate tat acc ....u jus only have to call celcom customer service "1111" and can straight terminate acc through phone

but , after i call to tat customer service .....and request 4 terminate acc , but the operator said have to walk in celcom centre to terminate it !!!! WTF ??

i f*cking du lan celcom now , and all my TARC (kampar) frz accompany me quit celcom ^.^.....

*if the s*hai celcom din't use such tactics , may b i'll consider use celcom la.....how i noe tat celcom so soh*i use such tactics

did you read the TnC before signing the contract ?

Last time about 1x/12/2006 i and 2 frz went to klcentral and hv a KTM ride to midvalley , and at the entrance after ticket machine got Celcom fair counter.....

after i n my frz pass the ticket machine , got 1 girl protomer come to us and promote us celcom postpaid. that promoter said "now celcom got a promotion , wat u do jus nid to try this postpaid promotion (minutes 500) w/o any charge and get free 500minutes free call but have to pay RM10 for registration fees"

my frz ask me to register it , and his say "oi ah **** , u try to tink la .... celcom so big company will cheat u meh ? RM10 buy 500 minutes free talking time damn worth leh" after i consider , i and my finally pay liao RM10 each ppl and register it.

about 3 days , my celcom line are active and can call/sms normally ..... we damn happy bcos RM10 buy 500 minutes talk time..... but few weeks later , celcom send a bills letter to each of us ......

WTF ? total charges RM109.02 and rebates RM40 and have to pay RM69.02 oOo

i wondering , that f*cking promoter still dare to say "try tis postpaid promotion w/o any charge"

PS. can i find lawyer/MCA shuuu tis celcom ?

luckily, i was almost cheated by these bus-3rd also, in pudu raya bus station. they are so desparate asking me to get that line. damn it, 3 promoter surrounding me and push me for that sim card.
i guess this 500minute FREE , plus the promoter purposely dont really clarify it; is a dirty tactic to get customer.
