actually if u realli want u can sue Celcom. Consumer rights, elected spokesperson means Celcom is responsible for everything person says. So what that spokes person says is like Celcom saying. Also, not necessarily black and white. U have the bill that shows u were cheated, and a friend as proof. A promise, verbally, can be a legally binding contract as well. Consult a lawyer, i onli learn law a teensy weensy bit lolIf it is just what you heard from the promoter, can't do much.
