lol...agree with all of u guys here..my friend got cheated too..the same case ..but last year, when they first come out with the minutes plan...
they say u can take the sim for free..no need to pay...juz fill in a few things up...
few weeks later he got a 70 bucks bill ...he was damn pissed of. ..but then it's a contract for one year i guess so he use it till the end of it ...
damn bad la those promoter ...
