Question though: What compromises am I making if I got for the small version of the R9 380 version of the graphic card? AFAIK the mini-ITX mobos should be compatible with future graphic cards right? The plan is to use is lower-mid end graphic card now and hopefully swap it out for a pascal or polaris based one in the future (like in 2 years maybe).

Also, are mini-ITX's much harder to build? If I buy my parts from the same shop and they charge me extra for building costs (because it is mini ITX), is it worth paying them for it?

Gskill value 8GB x 1
GTX 760 (upgrading to 1070 soon)
SSD
Assorted HDDs
I want to build a second rig for my mum to use, prefer getting a Haswell/Skylake architecture for the sake of it lasting longer.

I am unsure if I should recycle any parts from my present rig and pass it to her future rig or not, she does not game, only web browsing, e-mails.

Budget isn't high, just totally on casing should be 1k+?

Already have proper monitor, mech keyboard and mouse, now just needs a PC old BenQ laptop she's using is touching 8 years already. Not worth taking it apart to replace thermal paste/new fan etc. also the screen is somewhat broken.

So please suggest me a web-browsing, non-frustratingly slow PC for 1k+ (also, think I will throw in an SSD in the future, so I guess the case should have an SSD bay as well)

hi i have 1080p monitor led tn panels 60hz samsung
and this is my setup
gtx 650
8gb of rams
intel pentium g3240

the problem is my gpu have only mini hdmi and vga and my monitor have dvi and vga only
so i have to use vga which make the colour so bad.
I want to upgrade my rig in the near future
so it can play 1080p games especially dota at least 60fps at max setting, rn it cant 
things i want to upgrades also is monitor to an ips one.
so how much money i need to splash out?
