Tube ampp but got some QC prob.

i saw the M20 MK II Pure Vacuum Tube 2.0 in edifier show room b4! it put together with the S2.1MKII, and i also have try listen on it.

sorry edifier, i don't know he is your fren. anyway from his post can see he is a nice guy, but just need to learn some communication skill. communication skill is very important for a salesman, i have work as salesman b4 also. cheers

The unit 's on/off button got problem after put there for testing for 3 months, it cost me around USD 240 or higher can't remmeber already.
The other unit M30 spoilt in Maxit's lab - 1 of the speaker stop working during the lab testing and it cost me about USD1200. Where got confidence to bring in

Yupe, he is very polite person and i like the guy too. (not love ) I like the way he doing sale, he is very friend and helpful.

The new S2.1MKII 's sq will totally diff with the 1 u tested in Edifier showroom. We will launch the S2.1M next month and the S2.1 soon. Currently rush for the S2.1 and after the S2.1 then the S2.1MKII, S5.1 & S5.1MKII.

i see, no wonder i hear a lot of ppl complain the Apocalypx series from SG die very fast. some of the case even buy it first day already spoilt and return back claim warantee..

thanks for the update for S2.1MKII, i will wait for it no matter how long, as long as the final version much better than the demo unit then is fine

but the problems is, he don't bother to learn. and from the way he reply our post over his SG thread. he is keep arguing. not a proper manner to learn.
if we don't give him a chance we might as well shut up from the SG thread, and make compro the only person hype about his SG product.
i mean, different user will always have different opinion, those you can make it, try to make it, else don't bother to argue.
from my truly serious suggestion about the LCD and speaker grill. i suggest SG to concentrate in sound quality, yet compro keep arguing about the child education, as adult and yada yada, the LCD got a lot of entry ppl love it. and say the price is so cheap and it's target at entry level. and yet now end up for endless flame in the SG thread about grill.
then what the point i suggest then? if you want to success u think u can only target at entry level people? if you did that, you only make your brand a CHEAPO brand.
honest speaking, i truly appreciate edifier brand on their hardwork to make good sounding speaker. from their product, we can see it. though i have some better speaker, but i feel edifier is improving.

guys i just got a E3100 but got one prb...my right speaker no sound wan, why liddat?>

i use Ray: The Greatest Hits to check but no stereo, can anyone help me find out?

sub got sound
left speaker got sound but right..kosong

Please recheck the cable again, may be u r not clip it properly (red & white colour on the woofer).

If u still got problem, please post again here, i will assist u.

i think got two reason.
1 . check ur connection and window setting. check any of ur wire didn't plug firmly.
2. ur speaker is defect.
easy things to test is.
unplug the speaker from sound card. then use your hand to touch the first and second terminal.
remember to turn on the speaker and on the volume to roughly 40%

first terminal is LEFT
second terminal is right
so when u touch, the speaker got ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ sound. means it's working fine. then check ur window setting or sound card setting.
check the picture below.
haha sorry for crappy picture.
if when you touch RIGHT terminal, the speaker no sound, check your speaker connection. if all is firm and correctly plug in. then maybe u have to bring it back to edifier show room to let them have a check.

We have to improve otherwise how to attract the expert customer like u.
5 years ago, Edifier still don't have very strong foundation even though they already no. 1 China. But now is diff, a lot of sound expert joining Edifier last like Phil, Peter and another secret person - a experience marketer and we will launch alot of new models for Malaysia market soon.

In Edifier - we believe the soul of the spk is sq.

when i turn on la..the sub got boom sound..
but right speaker still no sound..i switch the (positive/negative) cable at the speaker, still tarak..change left speaker to right speaker and vice versa, that speaker still not working

bit confuse, is it:
~right speaker put in the left one no sound, or
~any speaker put in the right slot no sound?

if no1: means defect in right sattelite only (i.e. cable tampered)
no2: stereo cable defect, or panel inside subwoofer defect.

when you change the left speaker to right channel.
the original left speaker still got sound?
or any speaker that u connect to right channel will not produce any sound.
or you mean the same speaker will always has no sound when ever u put it to right channel or left channel.

do check the cable see got anythings wrong or not, and shake the satelite see got sound or not.

Probably loose wires.
I had a spoilt sattelite lastime and it sound weird compared to the good condition one.

Should be the port prob. Please send it to Edifier and get the showroom in charge to test it for u.
