Hi, All SiFu.
I'm using WeiErWei china brand ham radio within our residential area who resposible for Crime Watch Response Team, So call SRS under Rukun Tetangga. SRS = Skim Rondaan Sukarela.
Most of the member are carrying talkie & the reception at our area was extreamly bad. Based on my understanding from receiving FM Radio or TV Channel.
What will be the best / suitable way to improve the RX/TX signal within our residential area ?
Something like Repeater or HAM Radio Amplifier able to use ?

Residential area how big? You can get respectable reception on handheld within 2km radius
