U think bukit bintang no ownstayers? Not ppl dont want to stay, is cannot afford to stay there. Kl masterplan is all developments middle upper of luxury. There r few lands put for mid end properties. Everything launched from here on will be rm1500 per sqft and up.

1500 sqft is rm2.2mil. Some rm2500 per sqft, is rm3.75mil. Puchong chinese rich is how rich? Bungalow got rm4mil? If got got how many of this type of bunfalow?
