Im not a house expert nor property agent, just a human from this earth, use my foot to think, I also can feel there is something wrong with the scheme and for sure won’t buy.
1. Why is the scheme not provided by the developer but by third party which is a property agency?
2. When we do business, don’t we hope to sell our stock? And once sell, will u still hope your customer to come back to SELL IT BACK to u, and get MORE MONEY from u?
His offer may sound sooo good, but is there really such a good stuff hanging around just for u to grab?
And i’m guessing, you all can try to book a unit from him and he might be unable to let u choose ur prefered unit due to some unexplanable reason, which he may able to twist around later on for u.
For those that had bought from him, make sure the buy back agreement that you signed is stamped, and God bless you to be able to get back what you should get in the end of the day, and his company is still there during your VP.
And dude, i really dun wanna talk much between ur company and euroland la. The more i dig, the more dirty it will be.

As for the buyer is willing to buy from me, is the buyer's will, no coercion.
And I hereby declare:
1. Purchase contract & SPA price is stated, there will be no difference.
2. Purchase Rebate, free legal and all document charge, is really there and possession.
3. When VP period, RM32k GRR Rebate is owned as long as the buyers is purchase with our company. The payer is the developer, not our sales company.
4. Buy Back Scheme is a preferential policies provide to our own company buyers, not developers provide.
5. Buyers with a buy back scheme, have the power to choose want or don't want to sell back the unit to our company within the deadline.
6. All the contracts are based on Malaysian law and all have legal protection.
