ok... here is my idea, not to look nice but to perform. i wan to add a super big fan onto my casing's side panel something like 30cm in diameter, 1k rpm like punch a 30cm diameter hole on my left side panel and add a fan to draw air out. make it silent as well... something like this, but bigger.

hello... please drop some comments or suggestions My idea is not to enhance the looks but to perform. my casing is not cool enough, not some 300 or 400 buck casing, so i had in my mind to mod the left side panel and add a super big fan to it. something like 200mm diameter fan, 1,000rpm.it should looks something like this... (this is not my PC)
but dunno where to get the 200mm fan and how to do it... any recommends or suggestion to cool down the PC faster? This post has been edited by general_odin: Jan 24 2008, 10:22 PM

I guess 120mm fan are enough for side panel already but 200mm is too huge already...... Why didn't install that fan grill?? since fan is huge but put at outside side panel casing very danger for young child when child didn't aware or dunno then touch that huge fan area "chop" that finger away like that......
