heh u eat a lot of oats leh. but for me oats couldn't even last for 1 hour in my stomach. i need rice. only rice can last for like 2-3 hours.

Izzit? How many spoons u take? 8 tbsp can last me for like 2 - 2.5 hours. I take rolled + quick oats.
