It's the program. When you drive aggressively, the gearbox will hold the lower gear for a while longer after you lift so that you have immediate power when you put your foot down again.

You might also have noticed the car doesn't shift up as eagerly when you're in the middle of a turn. This is to avoid upsetting the balance of the car through the turn.

tbh this can happen anywhere, not just Honda. Unscrupulous people are everywhere.

I normally pull the dipstick to double check the oil levels after service and it's pretty obvious if the oil has been changed.

The main one is to the left of the showroom when viewed from the road. Separate entrance if not mistaken. Only been there once.

There is a 2nd service building along the same road next to the Hyundai stock warehouse. This is the body and paint centre. They do normal service as well.
