Yeah just open an amazon account with us address. Then can purchase a us psn card. Use Malaysian cc. It will work as amazon doesn't check the address of the cc. Them just input the card code onto your account and voila! Don't know the exchange rate. Hehe.

I'm not sure about the US pricing but the Msia store pricing right now is:
Witcher 3+ season pass= RM174
Witcher 3 RM94.50 (discounted) + Heart of Stone RM28.80 (discounted) + Blood and Wine RM58 (normal price)= RM181.30
So the full bundle set is only cheaper by RM7.30 only, hence the best purchase right now for new comers like myself would be to buy the base game and Heart of Stone expansion and wait for future discount on the 2nd expansion. Blood and Wine is unlikely to be discounted any time soon since it just came out, not to mention that the normal price RM58 is already quite a steal.

I got the game card. Physical card. I dont want to buy the digital game + dlc.

I got one question regarding the remote play from the latest firmware. Do we need an subscription active PSN account to enjoy the remote play or as long as we got ps4 and we register the psn can use already ?

to my knowledge, remote play dont need to have PS+.
