From my experience, Gemfive tend to be slower than other similar sites. Mine also haven't arrive.

normally i order online via postlaju or others, next day normal you see "outbound to butterworth branch", then etc.
last time i order far cry primal ps4 via gemfive, next day received d. haiz.
have to see courier one i guess. damn gdex

Oh same merchant with me. Mine even more weird, last time I ordered one other game together with this pre-order of uncharted 4, all in one order. So they delivered that other game and in Gemfive they mark the whole order including the Uncharted 4 as delivered already. So I didn't receive any update of shipping at all cause from Gemfive perspective the order completed already.

But I bought from Game mart before, know they are a reliable seller, so not too worried and know they will send. Just dunno when I will receive only haha...

But yea, Gdex can be quite slow sometime too. Guess depends on the courier guys in our area.

today i deal with Gdex (called 7,8 times from 845 am till 4pm), and gemfive FB and email CS, also whatsapp the merchant.
GDEX confirm my parcel is missing. Merchant also say im the only one that not receive (super unlucky), and gemfive cs and FB looking into it.
Gdex said will update gemfive, to tell merchant to send another new one for me.
but im still waiting gemfive official email confirmation on these, and merchant to update me when they really post a new one.
Order 07Feb2016 during CNY, and Im the last to get.

I bought from GH on Gem5 too. And they just packed and deliver yesterday. Also bought in February.

Dont know why GH always deliver late to me, 2nd time already.
