Agent help submit to bank officer
I did ask them apply few then nego with banker for lower rate

I believe you should apply few (2 to 3) so u can compare and ask other counter lower rate

For all existing owner/buyer of Platinum OUG, do u all ever got concern on the location is closely next to 2 petrol station? Eg. Health concern or etc?

Mind sharing ur all view?

Coz am considering this place as well, no htc, no cemetery is definitely a good buy, but how about 2 petrol station, just across the small river?

I think is ok as the distance is not very near , plus the land actually higher

Well there sure have con for these low cost property (price psf compare to other nearby)
If got budget sure will get better location haha

I just booked 1 unit last 2 weeks... the petrol station is quite a distance from our condo, further more condo is on high-level + is separated by river. I am staying at condo near petrol station now, I never smell anything bad..

went to show room, like the layout, spacious,

went to actual site, hmmm

so many high rise buildings everywhere, on a single lane road , wonder how is the traffic during rush hours

That's what hold me back till today.. Even for rental, surely cant compete with ppa1m.

Although many ppl will said, full facility condo & ppa1m cannot compare. But i can say most tenant wont care, location is far more important, imaging ourself how often we go to the pool/bbq, guess not even once a week., so who care.

Unless the ppa1m scrapped, leave only normal+rumawip unit.

Not much into consideration actually. Platinum OUG being most attractive to me on paper. Actual site is big let down

Only winning point is walking distance to LRT.

But i cant imaging when plat oug + ppa1m is vp, ppl start move in, additional hundreds of cars, how is the narrow road + main road can cater it? As we gotta admit most family at least 2 cars, an assumption out of 800 unit (wip + ppa1m) only 20% unit have 2 cars = 160 cars park outside the condo compound.. Can u imagine? xD

My conclusion the road too small and narrow for such high density project. Maybe developer (if they willing, i hope so) will consider & fix this concern.

but i heard from agent all rumahwip unit are sold out.

did u see the lake? they are currently filled it up with sand now.
it definately going to have a integrated development over that area to push the property value near by.

buy and rent out, that area never go wrong. my opinion.
