One thing bad is the ground floor is share with PPA1M , they can cross over to block B

What they can do in Ground Floor? I thought facility is at higher floor sharing with rumah wip? But from SA, the entrance for ppa1m and free cost block are different.

From what i understand parking are different entrance. I believe lifts are not sharing with ppa1m blocks right?

Booked a 1250sqft unit before but I cancelled the unit after I found out all the facilities is sharing with PP1AM. Just that they unable to access 1250sqft unit. End up I cancelled the booking. Better clarified with agent as they like to hides this from buyer.

Really? But SA told me is ppa1m cannot go to free cost unit facilities. But free cost unit is sharing facilities with rumahwip.

Sorry is sharing with rumahwip which total of 600plus of units.

i think basically the land is sold by DBKL to PV in low cost with condition must build at least 50% affordable house

Currently based on the site plan, they possible to enter.
SA told me developer will working on it to modify / block (no promise tho)

I hope they will block the road or alternative required touch-card to enter parking area
