Just clarified with SA, the facilities is sharing with Rumawip resident. Maybe good for own stay but not investment since is combine with Rumawip.

Booked a 1250sqft unit before but I cancelled the unit after I found out all the facilities is sharing with PP1AM. Just that they unable to access 1250sqft unit. End up I cancelled the booking. Better clarified with agent as they like to hides this from buyer.
