ya sure better but sometimes 1500 ppl cannot pay so no choice need to 800 rent. if every1 so clever to think like this who is going to rent? brows.gif

Got. Those just started to go into Uni or those just started to work in Klang Valley. They got no.choice but to rent. However, later or sooner they will also stop renting and opt for their own purchase home. Provided that the income is stable and increase constantly. People will.always go for better environment; if given a chance.

U oway said bad comments to ppl projects. Can u tell us which new project n what kind of property u r buying or investing now ? At least after few mths or one two yrs. u can proof to ppl. U r right. Ur investment in propety is much much better than others especially compare to Semenyih . Dun just use ur mouth to talk.

the advantage of ascotte is low entry, so there are room to appreciate to 500k in many years to come
so you have options for that either own stay or sell off in the future unlike 450k condo project

err... invest i really tak tau... this really fall within the experienced investors side... i never recommend like my sifu tikaram and icy ..

i am giving views as a potential own stay product which you are targeting

well... honestly being an investors investing in big projects like this is a safe bet gua

I foresee ascotte will face stiff competition from the middle cost apartment in SEH and EM.
