For those having issues, I am using dotVPN and it works great, for most cases, files that download at 5kb/s can sometimes achieve over 1 MB/s  rclxms.gif

And it is FREE. biggrin.gif
*
Yes, I also recommend DotVPN, whenever my videos stuck, I will turn it on. laugh.gif
Mine is a Chrome extension.

you have changed it to router or the wifi router? I planning to change the wifi router. Will it speed up my connection a little bit?
*
I didn't change the router, still using TM stock router but just added Xiaomi router to transmit WiFi signal as the stock router's signal is not strong. biggrin.gif

why should I disable ipv6 if you dont mind asking Im not really good in networking stuff. and I dont think stock router even support ipv6. The problem here is i tried tracert on google dns (8.8.8.8) but but it show request time out on all hops. Tried on other laptop too with same result.
*
Stock router supports IPv6 at least for mine, used to have it. Anyway, from your IP address, I don't see your IPv6 is enabled.

Hi all,

Im applying for unifi 30MBPS/Jumbo Pack.

Is the speed really 30 Mbps? Whats the dl speed / second? (kbps)

Kindly advise  tq
*
30Mbps not MBPS. sweat.gif

B and b have difference. Byte and bit.
8 bits = 1 Byte

Anyone facing slow connection even to local site? I just did a speedtest to local server. Not even 3Mbps when I am paying for 30.
*
No issue.
user posted image
Select other server, somehow today the default PJ server was very slow. After I switched to Celcom or Digi, it flies again. I tried TM Speedtest also flies.

Weird, mine advance 30, Download 30MBps but upload only 5MBps. I see alot of others and my friend 1 all upload 5Mbps. Why ah?

I even contacted TM asking about it, they said no such thing.. Advance 30 is ul 5
*
Well, on paper it is 5Mbps and will be eventually upgraded to 10Mbps. We are all upgraded by batches, so just wait for your turn. smile.gif

I was a bit lucky, upgraded in the first batch in last year's mid Nov. biggrin.gif

UniFi finally fixed after 2 weeks!! Reason for disruption: The stupid contractor who did copper cable replacement punched the wrong pair of wires to the wrong slots on the Krone block!!! And because there is a pending cable fault issue, they could not come and check and resolve this issue, causing me to suffer 2 freaking weeks without UniFi!!!
