But you know how many unit there, seri jati, baiduri, intan, kasturi, mutiara, and some more sunsuria unit, all together how many block......add up more than oug parklane.

same goes back to point. when there is demand, it creates opportunities. no matter it is over supply or not.
if owner work hard. i think 1 year should be achievable. provided he / she work very hard on asset.

bro bro,oug parklane is 4000 unit with all same layout, tat why got different here. Kasturi only 636 unit, and divide by 4 blocks. Each block is about 159 unit, how u compare the apartment at SPS with oug parklane? Location, layout, facility totally different
