This verse is the one I believe to be my driving factor of my reading of the bible, and it is where I believe that the bible is trying to tell us not to believe everything with blind faith, but to test them all in order to verify their authenticity.

However, as I go through the other verses, and attempt to test them accordingly with real life experience, nothing seemed to match.

At one point, it says test everything, but another point religion says do not test god.

It is because when I test everything and find several contradictions in the bible, that I begin to lose my faith of Christianity. Ironically of course, it was those verses from the bible that made me lose my faith.

I will debunk the misunderstanding of this verse. It is not referring to us Christians. Monday perhaps or tomorrow evening.

actually your problem do looks similar like mine earlier before I'm a Christian. Especially those u replied, I actually asked those question a lot and my differences with u is that I ask God from praying not from people as I know they will reply me all those same answer just like u did.

If u did read until this line, U must be curios and wanted to ask me whether God did reply me or not while I'm praying right? I will answer u here, he did not say anything to me in each of my prayer and I really did not hear anything or voice while praying beside my own voice. BUT he did replied ALL my prayer in action. U don't have to believe me because I'm not bragging on it but just sharing it to u.

is a dam long story if u wants me to type it out for whatever God replied me with his action and I don't intend to tell here coz I really lazy to type wall of text, what I'm trying to tell from my passed experience above is we need to invest our time in praying, while u pray.. tell out everything (yes, everything as in ALL OUT no hidden) no matter it is question or it is not. just like chatting with a friend that u long time never meet him. lastly remember to end your prayer "in Jesus name".

all my miracles happened started from my prayer. wish u good luck by seeking God kingdom

The Translations are not. That is why you need to have a reference.

We need all the translation to check with other translations in order understand Bible better, doesn't matter if it's KJV.

but always check with the original hebrew or greek because those are inspired.

That is why there are translation to help us understand what these Greek or Hebrew means, your NIV, KJV, ESV etc.

The ishmaelites cousins claimed our Bible is corrupted when they don't understand, the translation are not the inspired letters of God.

They are there to make the Bible accessible to entire nation of Earth.

You cannot expect everybody to learn hebrew or greek. But the fact is, the safety vault is that we still have the hebrew and greek references and in thousands of copies.

So that should put to rest that there cannot be corruption. What they claimed is wrong. In fact it should give a sign that what their text claimed is wrong.
