does matte top coat looks good for sazabi ver ka? or i need to go for gloss coat?

wait wait, is this the first time that bandai is releasing p-bandai kit for 1/100? not MG 1/100 but the "normal" 1/100.
P-Bandai Exclusive: 1/100 Gaelio's Schwalbe Graze  or did i miss something like this previously? |

Need some advice.
Ok, i nearly finished painting but i accidentally chipped some of the paint. I tried to fix it by brushing on some paint but more seem to come off. What should i do? Starting over is an option that i would rather not do. |
