QUOTE(nazrul90 @ Mar 9 2016, 04:16 PM) Pretty sure this is not a magazine bundled add-on got me wonder if the stand that comes with the kit can sustain the weight of the RG in the long term.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « most likely will display it using action base 2 with the stand to help "distribute" the weight of such a long sword |

QUOTE(xein @ Apr 27 2016, 12:14 PM) QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Apr 27 2016, 12:27 PM) Depends on your budget, but normal beginner's choice for PG is Strike or Astray Red Frame. thanks for the suggestionOf course, if you want the latest PG kit with all the new features and tech used to create it, the Unicorn/Banshee is the answer. but aint the Strike Gundam and Strike Rouge the same except the colour scheme and Strike Rouge comes with the Aile Strike and Skygrasper? actually i did look into Astray Red Frame, i liked the overall look and the katana, definally look really good in metalic red but i like the "sharp edge" design of the Strike Gundam, especially with the "Grand Slam" blade no denying i like the design of the Unicorn / Banshee, but something is holding me back when i look into unicorn / banshee PG perhaps the inner me is hoping that the next RG is Unicorn QUOTE(xein @ Apr 27 2016, 12:29 PM) i might if i cant get decently price PG for those which are released now |

QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Apr 27 2016, 01:02 PM) Usually Time Machine keeps some stocks. But for me I prefer to use Krylon Matte Finish, the finishing is very similar to hobby topcoat, but much more economical. And so Strike Rouge is also more expensive than Strike. It all backs to how much you're willing to spend, but you can't go wrong with ARF or Strike (and Rouge). QUOTE(Nawar @ Apr 27 2016, 01:52 PM) depends on what you are looking for.. the strike/strike rouge hv the best articulation.. red astray shares the same inner frame... but not as poseable as strike.. Thanks for the advise, i most likely be going for Strike Gundam or Strike Rouge, depending on availability and pricebut astray and strike freedom is great piece as display.. meaning it looks impressive than the strike saw PG Strike Rouge at Gwing, and it is around RM685 without shipping, and Strike Gundam is RM505, but OOS QUOTE(limfreelance @ Apr 27 2016, 03:00 PM) beli PG strike..cheap, cool & well design.. I honestly think the design of Strike Gundam is still very modern although Gundam Seed has been for 20 years (not really sure)other range like PG wing zero, OO R, unicorn semua enlarge scale jer. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « thanks guys, would be scouting for the cheapest Strike Gundam / Strike Rouge |

QUOTE(TheEvilMan @ May 23 2016, 02:08 PM) water slide is consider easy for me as it's more forgiving than dry decal (sometime the border will hinder my positioning and also the scratching part can be tedious)or even stickers, just need to be gentle not to tear it while positioning it into place tried putting the water decals for the red zeta, and i struggle quite a bit, maybe i need more time to get use to itup until this day, i still havent put the full decals for red zeta and jesta cannon |

annnnndddd even more P-bandai
you guys guess it, another P-bandai from the Seed series: Perfect strike gundam Special coating ver. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Perfect strike gundam special coating ver still saving for my PG strike gundam, but with the incoming price increase (as mentioned by others here) i might need longer, or i should really proceed with "buy now regret later" principal D-y If anyone can buy directly from P-Bandai SG site, then it would be a good buy the pricing seems reasonable This post has been edited by KayK: Jul 7 2016, 01:13 PM |

QUOTE(D-y @ Aug 3 2016, 11:01 PM) even the mecha colle also released on the same month RG tone separation seems to be lacking in most of their recent release RG Wing tone separation doesn't seem impressive or even noticeable unless you view it at a certain angle i hope that this is not the path the RG line is taking but one thing, i read that the RG Qan[T] arm frame is "assembled" rather than using pre-built. should really start assembling the kit |

QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Oct 10 2016, 05:53 PM) i certainly hope sobut one thing for sure, RG build strike looks quite "bulky" compare to Strike gundam » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « My weekend "project" "painted" HG Banshee with gold gundam marker, the original yellow, dont really make up for the kit then try the same thing on Cathedral Gundam, but this time i kinda fail, the surface not as smooth. i was worried that the gundam marker was not enough for the whole kit so was a bit stingy thus causing the lines. oh well, lesson learned. next up, HG full armor unicorn (red color), putting the metalic red gundam marker, going to apply another layer when assembling Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(nazrul90 @ Oct 11 2016, 12:10 AM) The purpose of gundam marker is for touch-up painting for small details like eyes, thrusters and such. Thanks for the advice. Painting whole thing is a bad idea, as you will mess it up, alcohol based paint is bad for big area. Not to mention the marker itself is not cheap. I suggest get hobby brand bottle paint and do hand painting with it. If want to paint the gold, get those spray can from hardware shop, Bosny copper gold I bought has very good color. Way better than crappy gundam marker gold(it will be turn to bronze color in couple of months) That Unicorn clear red look good if use clear red from Gaianotes, Mr.Hobby or Tamiya but gundam marker do it well too. Just dont shake the pen to keep the transparency for the Cathedral, since i have already assemble the kit, i might just do the hand paint later on aiks, i know it is not as "striking" as other painted gold, i honestly didnt expect it to turn bronze in a few months time i will definitely check out the copper gold, might even spray the white armor to gold for a "phenex" feell to it noted, will not shake the pen when "painting" the psycho frame |
