Hi all...

When you plug your note 5 to Windows PC... can detect the note 5 automatically? My laptop doesn't recognize the note 5 at all.... note 5 is charging when connected to PC so connection is definitely there...

It works well on my MacBook Air because I installed the app Android Transfer...I read from Google... for Windows by right just connect and it will work....

Appreciate any help here.

Thanks!

Did you unlock your phone after you have connected to your pc?

I never though it is possible to scratch gorilla glass..actually, there is no better solution than change the new one.but for sure need to fork out $$$$$$..if u can live with it, then just ignore the scratch line..

I have two such units 64gb and one is first gen model
Both auto detect easily
No need any additional setup or files
Either your unit is defective or phone usb port problem
Try test on other phone first to assess whether is the drive problem or not.

Than most probably is your USB drive problem. It should be an easy plug-in and auto detect stuff all the time
