cant find any news of the drop of TCS except it's an ex-date for something, anyone has any idea?

strangely broker platform Chg% is zero, but chart -15.94% confused.gif

RSS shorties aimed at TG only, partly explains why it declined to 5.21 and then closed at 5.32.

7113 TOPGLOV TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BHD 15,042,938 2,837,700

total TG shorts now at almost 228mil shares, 2.78%.

no shorts on the other 3.

will be interesting to see what shortie does as we get closer to div ex-date mar 23.

Do you think people are moving from other glove stocks to TG due to the dividend? All of the other glove stock experienced drop even though RSS only aimed at TG.

I wouldn't be surprised with that since gloves are generally seen as 'hopeless' and if they still wanna have a stake at it, may as well be TG. I, for one, is like that too. At least dividends are high, as a minor consolation, if anything.

Yes, i think so.

But i have no data to prove. biggrin.gif

What i see, possibly some spmx, kossan, 2nd liners switching due to the dividend.

Harta looked v stable to me today, likely due to expansion plans just announced.

Lets see next 2 weeks or so.

I think this could be the turning point. Now all eyes are on glovemakers next QR because TG already shown they cant improve much on ASP already. It will be interesting when the first QR signalling the downturn for ASP. The real question that everyone is seeking... how much will ASP drop.

In Bursabets, stocks with low liquidity and rumors are the one being goreng to heaven. Stocks with good fundamental are just boring dividend stocks.
