Bursa Malaysia slap O&C Resources with UMA query

Crazy things happening for EMETALL.
Suddenly recent qtr results exploded.
Share price went up to a high of 71c from previous day closing of 46.5c. That's a 52.7% gain!

Anyone knows what's cooking with their Machinery and equipment segment? Can't find much details on this.

In a case of a company suspended for failing to submit financial statements, how long does the company have before being de-listed?

Hmmm, a considerable time before counters got delisted, then. Any incidences in the last few years, in which companies were de-listed due to failing to submit FS? Or is it more common occurrence that companies got further extensions, and subsequently were allowed to trade again?

Once tht company fail to submit qr or annual. Bursa will make announce to suspend until tht company submit in within time period set if fail to do so that company will delisted
