Bursa is attractive, but hmm what about investor confidence

sedihs the market condition....i hold only 40% cash....like not enough ....others all in losses

glad i cashed out most of my portfolio mid of last year..but some i still held on, and its all down 50% fml...

Malaysia financial market is in downward spiral, first 1MDB, 2nd trade war, 3rd govt collapses and now COVID-19 pandemic.

KLCI ...may lose that 1400 support 12 years of gains all gone. Could go back before financial crisis level.

Last 1 month, can see that KLCI massively outperform DJIA n S&P500. Proud of Malaysia.. 😆

That's why I suggest Short term treasury bonds. Not very volatile. Bond price lose money if interest rate go up. At current situation, ECB will be crazy to increase rate.

when will it be near bottom. that is the question.

I think we need a multi-years chart to see where support will be... that 1200 sounds about right as next level.
Then 800-900..

If drops to 1000 or less, then it's 20 years of earnings all kaput for Bursa.

if 1200 or less, confirm our gov failed. I'm still optimistic about our country long term future, but the optimism getting dimmer by the day.

Malaysia: Maybank, Public Bank. Others still looking. Maybe a bit in cheap penny stocks that have high asset backing.
US: QQQ ETF. Maybe Disney once the panic stops.

Almost anything that doesn't go bankrupt will go up in the eventual bull market.
