Play one and only one counter .....  whistling.gif
You want to find the leader ... dude ... go look at the financial performance. which one is doing the best? which one has the best fundamentals? which one has the best growth? Well? whack all in that one....  thumbup.gif
*
clearly if FA terms, Harta has the best fundamental.

historically, it's Super or TG

best growth, it's 2nd or 3rd liner. how to identify which one to tembak wor?

the one to spike the most at the first stage?

Corrugated cardboard. But primarily are paper packaging industry iinm. maybe you are more a detail person if assumed you are a full time trader. i may briefly study as i have a full time job to focus on
Yes. but you wouldn't know who is the leader in terms of chart AT THE POINT OF MOMENT. you only able to identify the leader after the trend is formed. and you wouldn't know when the the peak to let go (again it's point to myself because i'm not that good yet in charts and you depend on FA to make KFC meal)

so as a early worm (At least for me), once the demand and news is out there, i will hentam all 4 if i have the fund with me

p/s. i only own 2 of these stocks due to insufficient fund, not all
*
take this chart as example:-

Surge in volume appears to be on 28th May. if those like me have not touch yet. will start to notice the high volume. from the chart above till todate, it's Muda who leads (actually, all volume also high and gain also fair for all 3). i guess Muda is leader because in 29th, it consolidate nicely.

consolidate on 2nd day, so assuming buy in on 3rd day. which one to shoot? if shoot Muda. ok. nice. it gives you a 75% gain

user posted image

wait, what if i compare this on 2nd or 3rd december. it was Orna was leading if you bought on 30th May right?

But what if you shoot all 3 or 4? you tend to diversify the risk and also bring you nice profit although not very handsome compared to Muda

Hmm does it mean that these short sellers have to start short selling again soon to bring down the price further which otherwise they may lose?
*
by looking at the lukewarm volume of yesterday and today consolidation (even after today TG agam),

not surprise if they short again tomorrow. it's like all green signal is out there for them to short big tomorrow

me? very blur. if can't aim properly, all cannot idendtify which is the best bird, might as well diversify and shoot all range within the same gang

until you learn how to aim properly, all birds also gone already sweat.gif

of cause it's better if you can aim good and catch the best bird among all icon_rolleyes.gif

If KLCI drops to 1200 points like March 2020.

What would you buy?

Discuss......

the smart choice is to move your money now to foreign investment and never come back in near future

you want a nicer answer to hear? PPB and PPB

already in the progress of moving slowly.

rather, not really moving, but building up the overseas market portion of my own. the msian one, let it maintain.

PBB PBB PBBBBBB okay

any others?
*
my top 4 pick within KLCI 30 would be:-
1. PPB - owns 18% of wilmar and the business model is rather sustainable even malaysia economy is crippled
2. PBB - their investment bank is quite strong. and stable
3. dialog - this is rather overpriced for now
4. KLK - also rather overpriced for now

if you study closely. malaysia should or will likely follow the footstep of turkey and other muslim country - inflation will be the by product of corrupt and inefficient government

so picking export based is a safer bet

got a point, i like PPB and PBB both are very strong.

As for dialog, not too bad, but their business also suffered a little despite the higher crude oil prices. a little over price for me.

KLK not a bad choice, there are also a few other plantation companies that you can look at, like IOI?
*
IOI doesn't give good return to investor, or rather, worst than FD

It's a typical malaysia chinamen business model and mostly profit goes back to boss pocket instead of shareholder's. similar company to IOI would be Genting whistling.gif

Investment wise, united plantation would be a better choice when comes to sustainability. thumbsup.gif but don't expect it to jump like TDM/JTIASA/RSAWIT when the CPO price is good

On the other hand, i prefer Sarawak plantation and Sarawak oil palm due to fundamentally intact, higher potential swing and having lower windfall tax brows.gif

Top Glove and Supermax surging ahead in my portfolio. Top Glove +7.395% and Supermax +10.05%.

4 other counters which I bought these 2 days are in red.

All glove counters are super green today. The retailers will rush in today to buy and be slaughtered again when they dip tomorrow.

And the story repeats itself again and again....  sad.gif
*
How you know it will dip tomorrow?

Can share some tips to spot the pattern?

rain on gloves counter finished?

judging on the 2nd liner performance, anticipation of a rally for gloves counter is to be seen

Devaluation of MYR can artificially mask up KLSE KLCI index.

the downside risk the Malaysia Government Bond will be going into the real junkyard

Malaysians like to syok sendiri

every tom dick and harry earning 20K as admin clerk and grab driver

high income nation achieved

if turkey is on this direction, why malaysia won't follow? especially with the deprived oil price that will further dampen petronas revenue

Frankly speaking. do you think it will reach 3.50?

if you want to buy a double story terrace in KL, for sure you will low ball the seller first right?

but doesn't mean 2nd liner price will remain strong whistling.gif

Yup, that's the danger of current or trailing twelve months eps.

Like, I said, next quarter for TG is already Q2 2021.

Can any research houses give any new TP on TG based on 2021 numbers? They cannot.

And this is why CIMB and TA Securities had already switched their TP using 2022 numbers already.
anyway ...... strategy talk ..... tongue.gif
now if one is playing the market based on these Toilet Paper prices... right now .... to be ahead of the game .... what should they do?

a) should they still use trailing earnings knowing very well that the 2022 earnings is gonna be so much lower?

b) or should they be one step ahead ... and quickly asses the situation using 2022 numbers?

wink.gif
