But always use other indicators together as well, dont solely rely on it.
- See the chart, use it along with other technicals such as resistance breakout with increasing volume, good sentiment + thematic play

Also before you buy, check the fundamentals. Avoid those purely goreng stocks, because if you are stucked, you may never recover.
So that even if you are stucked high in the good fundamental counters, you can wait while collecting dividends until the cyclicity returns .

I will avoid. With illegal cigarettes everywhere, it has no future. If you are stucked, that's it, the decaying share price will slowly suck u dry.

Cyclical industry - no harm buying it near the low in the trough.
After seeing it plunged so much from peak, I guess it is ok to get it. When economy expands, more metals should be needed.

FPI cyclical - if you look into its past few year financial reports. Somehow Q3 is always the best. Next QR will be bad

I dont dare to buy lo cause its fundamentals is not good. When/if they need money, they might start right issues, and your shareholdings will be diluted

Also its red bar is not even more than 25% in height

You confirm will lose capital. Just look at its NP. Decreasing every year. Dividends also decrease every year.
