Dear UBERmen, especially newbies~
Do crosscheck your trip with toll, get reimburse for any missing toll or miss calculate. Do it before statement date, suggesting Sunday. If you do it on Monday, you might not see any reimbursement on your next statement because as I know of, UBER "finalize" any reimbursement on Monday. Tolls/Trip reviews reimbursement shall be within 2-statement cycle. Be patience.
*edit
And register your TnG to get TnG statement. UBER might ask you to provide a screenshot from statement to assist multiple missing tolls from trip.

QUOTE(doctorwho @ Sep 10 2017, 01:36 AM) Newbie here, anyone encountered this problem, fare price is different on my app and passager app, One of my trip, passanger pay me rm14(its rm14 in his app), when my app showed only rm7, then i realized that is something wrong with the price shown in my driver app I did experience this before and argued with Uber about this. Rider paid me Rm14 but my fare only RM10 and 99% sure no outstanding balance. At the end they deducted my cash collected instead of topping up my fare. Regarding this, we can only know if the fare we receive and fare paid by customers is tally during cash trips. We never know how much Uber is charging customer during credit card trips.
