I kena before once, I could not accept, tapped the screen but it still blinks. Then it knock me offline cause never accept. So I online again and continue driving.

Few minutes later got call from a rider asking where am I. I was like... huh?

Lucky the guy was understanding enough when I told him the situation and ask him to cancel and request again.

I think you just accept only. Then continue to drive the current rider. After awhile the next rider sure cancel cause too long. But not sure if will affect or not since you are still in a trip.

Happened to me before. Just try ending it every minute.

Though I think Uber should allow this feature for safety but only maximum of 1 "bodyguard". And there should be an option to state that so riders will know.

Yeah, probably before a driver goes online, they can select if they have a 'bodyguard'.

Then when a rider requests and get the said driver, there should be a notification that the driver has a 'bodyguard'. Similar to how the app informs you when you get a driver who has hearing difficulties.

I'm not sure about PLUS but for SMART tunnel, I think the problem is because there is another highway right beside it so the app might have detected that you were on that highway. Assuming only.

I think up to RM 5 only. Unless I misunderstood it.

Haha I few weeks didn't drive de until Uber message me say my customers miss me.

As long as there's cash option, I rarely online. Worst is when your first trip for that day is cash, and a...foreigner (you guys know what I mean).

When you 1 star riders, will Uber ask you why?

There was one time I waited 5 minutes then cancelled and off the app (so won't get ping from same person).

It was like those condo with only one road to enter and exit, so I made a u turn, and then I saw someone waving me down. Mana tau it is the rider who was standing there, waiting for me for the last dunno how long, and can't move her bloody fat bum to walk to my car which was less than 10 meters away. She said she was there more than 5 minutes.

I asked her why she never walk to my car since you already saw it, she said I was suppose to stop right beside her. Poadah...

I just told her sorry I already cancel and it was my final trip for the day and left.

I gave a rider 1 star last Friday.

1. Pick up location wrong. when I saw pick up at Federal Highway I straight call him, it's actually the row of shops in Shah Alam that's beside Federal Highway.
2. On my way to pick him, he message ask me faster because he's late (not my problem). It was raining heavily so can't really drive fast but I did drive a little faster.
3. Reach location, he was nowhere to be seen. Thought I stop wrong place so just drove a bit further up to see if there's anybody waiting.
4. He calls me and start screaming, asking why I drove away, say he's late, and now he's wet cause he's standing in the rain. Found out he was waiting inside the shop for me.
5. Came in my car, continue ranting, and slammed the door. <---- that was where I decided to 1-star him
6. Destination he set to his home, so as normal, I verify with him first. In a damn rude tone, "BUS STATION SEKSYEN 13 LA! KAN DAH SET!?".
7. Bill was RM 4.01, he had the cheek to say, "I ada 1 sen, you nak?".

His rating was 5.0, hopefully after the 1-star, his rating drops tremendously. Other drivers shouldn't suffer.

We are kind enough to let strangers sit our car, I believe they should "behave" themselves too.

Exactly my thoughts...

I received an email from Uber asking me to fill in my credit/debit card details so that they can charge me for cash transactions. They will charge when the credit card trips are not enough to cover cash trips.

Time to resign as Uber driver.

I full retirement from providing my car as transportation for strangers.
