I usually drive on weekends and after work..if the fare around rm7 or rm8++, the riders will usually ask me to keep the change ^^

Got one time i sent a Jap guy to the airport, it was raining and so damn jam and his flight was at 7.30pm. Waze estimated 7pm to arrive! Fare was rm90 and he gave me rm150...keep the change he said

oh one more thing i wanna rant here...sometimes when we drive cannot whatsapp right. so one time i didnt reply my bf and he got so worried...when i called him back, i kena scolded kao kao....so i'm currently banned from driving uber

she came out from her gate, crossing the road towards my car. so i thought she is going to get into my car and i started trip when i saw her approaching my car. than instead of opening the car door, she knocked at my window to tell me that she is not going ahead with the trip.

yes, that's why i wasn't too pleased with her.... she took the drivers likely and she thought a simple apology will do.

1) Why driver complain rider at wrong location?

The location of rider shld be auto detect by app right?
If wifi off also out by few meter only right?

I understand if destination is wrong bcos rider key in wrong address
or simply press without checking the map.

2) Can driver contact rider before accept trip?

yes, previously i use that option everytime end of driving 9PM+ heading back home.

Training is not compulsory and it only touches basic staff such as how to used the app common functions.

When I ask questions regarding specific issues encounter during ride, the staff can't answer most of it.

To those interested about this, actually  I read an article on imoney.my it says grab driver is able to achieve that. I also wonder if it's possible?

the rider has the right to have his change back. he is not obliged to give you the change or tips and we as drivers have no right to demand for it.

UBER will provide reason why they rejected yours. Could be UBER didn't "see" the commencing & expiry date of the policy?

Anyhow, you can email and request a soft-copy of your policy from ETIQA and re-upload the document to UBER. (Hard-copy policy takes time to mail it to you)
It will stop all incoming requests until you get back online.

i'm using etiqa and yes they accept ecert. you must include the page with your name as driver authorization.

Hi All, I'm just a few days old Uber driver and just today I got directed to contact support when I open my app. I was shocked to hear that my account has been permanently deactivated without a single reason. Keep saying they have no way to check why the account is deactivated. Not even an email.

Have anyone experience it before?

By the way when I check my account via the website it still show 100% acceptance rate.

Grab say cannot and if you use same phone for uber and grab they "may" be able to detect uber driver app.
So the solution is use 2 phone. 1 for Uber and 1 for Grab.

Last time can see one meh? I oso cannot remember jor, too long didnt drive. I remember they told you the location, like what taman, or how many min away, never tell u exact location.
Actually, the moment you sign up with them, you lost your privacy jor, they got every single details about you, your IC, your driving licence, your car insurance, your road tax, etc......that's why I still don't understand why there is still some idiots decide to do hanky panky stuff towards the riders......it's like wearing a name tag or perhaps a human body board with all your details conducting crime and recording it too.
