1st, it is 90% acceptance rate needed.
2nd, I strongly believe UBER DOES has an issue on this Acceptance Rate and Rating calculation.  Writing to them won't solve the issue.  You got to walk-in, Hopefully they will listen.

i think the guy mentioned he tried to accept the request but couldn't...maybe no internet connection or the app hang...and thus, leading him to lose 1 of the job.

May I know, does your UBER weekly report show your acceptable rate 100%?

Tested today. Since today is Monday, all together I got 11 request, accepted 10, 1 unable to accept is rider destination not final, so, I ignore the request. And, I just checked the latest Partner Dashboard, my acceptance rate is 91%, which mean it calculated 10 accepted trip over 11 request.

So, for you guys to wanna chase for PHG, please take note on this. Your only option is you got to accept the trip regardless, else, it may impact your acceptance rate. This may pissed off the 2nd in queue rider, which may affect your rating subsequently.

Either way, you will be screwed by flawed in Uber system

if let say, today i drive 1/2 hour 8 - 8.30 am, then tomorrow drive another 1/2 8-8.30am, will this be calculated as 1 hour and eligible for guaranteed hour by the end of the week?

so meaning it can accumulate to the end of the week, as long we have 1.25 TPH and pickup customer within the CSA rite?
