If you use AVIMuxGUI, it will be softsub

if hardsub, need to reencode it

if u use AVIMux GUI, the subs will be softsubbed
Thus you need DirectVobSub filter to load the subtitles

Yamb is an easy to use program
recommended for beginners

mp4box needs to type so its more work unless you love to type the commands smile.gif

u mean as in 4:3 full screen?
if the dvd rip is in widescreen, it is not recommended to go full screen, just leave it as it is

VCD uses MP2 and only 1 audio source
the 2 sounds is due to 2 mono sound channels
You focus all your sound to 1 end ler

What video stream is that mkv using?
I assume its AVC

If thats the case, u need to use MeGUI to open it
