1) 1000sqft (3 rooms) - RM560k onwards

2) 1100sqft (3+1 rooms) - RM590k onwards

3) 1300sqft (4 rooms) - RM650k onwards

All units come with 2 parking
• Booking RM20,000
• 10% discount (5% on 1st 10% & 5% on stage 2a)
• Free SPA & Loan Agreement for early bird


Price is before rebate/discount. Is not cheap tagging at 500psf VS surrounding similar condo such as M3 Residency or PV2 subsale can get at below 450 psf currently. Anyway, subsale need pay legal fees.

If investment how to fight price with rumawip price, parking share level only diffrent block, rumawip 300k pv9 560k (sales called said 480k bumi) , term only said rumawip cannot rent out, how you know they never give rent to people? Everytime go check meh? If kena tangkap kasi rent what will the management do about it? Revoke ah?

Parking share level meaning? RUMAHWIP and non RUMAHWIP sharing the same parking level??? Meaning at the parking level is interconnected? Wow. Can sneak up easily and use the facility like that.

"RUMAHWIP boleh disewakan ke orang tempatan": Ku Nan. This is latest news. Maybe in future boleh disewakan kepada warga asing.
But anyway, for here of course warga temapatan should be enough. Rent to students only.

Hi, i have been waiting for vista wirajaya 2 for a month after sending documents to dbkl.. but till now still my status still sedang diproses, should i resend the documents or should i call them?

Better call the developer immediately, something mayb we send the Incorrect doc or missed something.
