even with almost guaranteed rental demand from Tarcian, but reckon turnover of students also a bit susah to manage.

I am Tarcian stay at taman bunga last 10 years more ago..
That time single storey 3 room old house also 900 ringgit per month oledi =.=" This one should be very convenient for those don't have motorbike one..jalan kaki ok. But from the map, I can't recognize where is Taman Bunga Raya |
